ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Wildcard operates on a made-to-order model. We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand network with locations worldwide. This means we do not hold inventory; instead, each item is custom-created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Fulfillment Time:
Before your order can be shipped, it must be manufactured and printed. It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

Please note:

  • Depending on your location, your order is printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
  • Production times may increase during holidays and high-volume seasons.
  • Quality Control: If a product does not pass our rigorous post-production quality check, it will be reprinted to ensure you receive a perfect item. This may delay your order by a few days.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Total delivery time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Transit Time.

Estimated Shipping Times:
Once fulfilled, the average shipping time depends on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days

Note: All delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end recipient is responsible for these fees. Wildcard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Phone Numbers:
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally. This minimizes the risk of an order being lost in transit and makes the delivery process smoother.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Because we work with a distributed network of specialty print providers, your order may contain items that are produced at different facilities (e.g., hats might be printed in a different facility than hoodies).

Consequently, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking notifications for each package.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

LATE OR MISSING PACKAGES

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  3. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the address was incorrect:
If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

If the address was correct:
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at wildcardwellnessig@gmail.com with your order number.

Note: Claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

UPON RECEIPT: PRODUCT FRESHNESS

You may notice a vinegary smell or an off-white residue on your apparel when you open the shipping bag. Do not worry! This is not a stain or a defect.

This comes from a fixation agent applied during the printing process to help the ink bond with the fabric. It is water-based, eco-friendly, and typically vanishes completely after the first wash.

DAMAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy immediately. We cover manufacturing and shipping damage fully.
