The gear list

Products I actually use.

People ask about this stuff every day in my DMs, so here's the honest list — four things, that's it. The routine needs none of it; your living room floor is enough. But these are what I actually use, and I'd buy all four again.

Heads up: some links below are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you buy — at no extra cost to you. I only list things I use myself, and no brand pays to be here.

01For the routine

What I train in

Only one of these is actually part of the 20 minutes. The other one is just what I'm wearing in every video.

Crossrope Get Lean Set — slim handles with the 1/4 lb and 1/2 lb ropes
The one real tool

Crossrope Get Lean Set

$129price may vary

Exercise 17 is jump rope, and this is the rope. It's a set of slim handles with a 1/4 lb and a 1/2 lb rope that clip on and off in a second. The weight is what made it click for me — heavy rope turns slow enough that a 250-lb guy who hadn't skipped since middle school could actually keep a rhythm. Start with the quarter pound.

Kill Crew camo training shorts
Every morning

Kill Crew Shorts

$50–$55price may vary

I do the routine shirtless, so the shorts are the whole outfit. These are the ones I keep reaching for — mid-thigh and vintage cotton cuts around $50, a 7" hybrid training short around $55. They move with the squats and the step-backs and they don't ride up during pushups, which is the entire spec as far as I'm concerned.

02Daily fuel

The two things I take every day

The meal plan is a philosophy, not a shopping list. These are the only two supplements I've stayed consistent with.

Momentous Creatine Monohydrate tub, unflavored, 90 servings
Every day, 5g

Momentous Creatine Monohydrate

$42.9990 servings · price may vary

One scoop in water, most mornings, right after the routine. I went with Momentous because it's NSF Certified for Sport and third-party tested — when you're putting something in your body 365 days a year, knowing what's in it matters more to me than saving eight dollars. It's plain micronized creatine. No flavor, mixes clean.

Ballerina Farm Farmer Hydrate daily electrolyte blend pouch
During & after

Ballerina Farm Farmer Hydrate

from $38price may vary

A daily electrolyte mix I drink during the routine and on walks. Half the time I thought I was hungry, I was just under-hydrated — and plain water on its own never fixed the flat, foggy afternoons. Comes as a bag, stick packs, or a variety pack if you want to find your flavor first. The stick packs are what I keep in the truck.
